- Full priced items may be returned for refund, exchange with other items, or store credit.
- ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 90 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE.
- Items must be unwashed and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for exchange or credit.
- Cotton products are guaranteed lifetime under normal use.

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional change.
- Gift cards are final sale.

TO COMPLETE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Return/Exchange slips are included with your shipment. Send the items in the original packaging (or a different packaging, as long as it’s unmarked and appropriately sized / protected).
We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking as Raven + Lily is not responsible for lost shipments.

Once the returned item is received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the item to be verified and processed by our returns department. The original price of the item(s) plus any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment.
Once the returned item is received, we will process a new order for your exchange and ship it at no cost to you. If the new item is a higher price, we will contact you for additional payment; if the new item is a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. If you request an exchange for an out of stock item, we will issue an ecomm store credit.
