How do I take care of my Gajola Jewelry?
Your Gajola Jewelry is made of real gold, rose gold, silver or rhodium, with a thickness of 3-5 times better than others brands.
Gajola Jewels are nikel free and made with hypoallergenic materials in full compliance with the Italian regulations and Legislative Decree 206 - 6/9/2005.
Please remember that all jewelry will fade as time pass, that's why a good maintenance can help you to keep them longer.
Please remember to:
- Avoid friction
- Keep away from water
- Take off while sleeping
- Avoid sports and sweating
- Avoid cosmetics
- Clean with soft cloth
Keep the jewel always bright by rubbing it with a soft white cloth, clean it with a soft brush and a solution of warm water and neutral soap.
We do not, however, recommend putting your jewelry in the same storage with other accessories, as there are often other objects that can damage or break your Gajola.
We recommend storing your jewel with a sealed storage: this will help keep your jewel looking new.
Rinse with clean water and pat dry with a soft dry cloth; do not use solvents, specific detergents for cleaning silver and ultrasonic cleaning; do not expose the jewelry to chemicals and do not wear it when bathing or swimming.
Avoid contact with make-up, creams, perfumes and lotions. Pay attention to contact with abrasive or rough surfaces. When not wearing, the jewels should be stored in a protective box or sachet to avoid scratches and prevent oxidation.

Please Note: All orders placed to UAE, Qatar, Orman and Saudi Arabia need to include a PO Box as a part of their address. This is a requirement for the local postal service.
All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.

How do I track my order?
All of our parcels are shipped with ePacket. For international orders your parcel will be handed over to your local postal company for delivery.
1. You will receive your tracking number by email 2 days after your order has been dispatched.
2. Go to your profile and enter your tracking number and press the track button. You will then see the progress of your parcel.
All international parcels can be tracked through your local postal companies website once they have reached your country.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of making your purchase with the subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' and our team will be back to you shortly.

What currency is used on the Gajola website?
All orders on Gajola are processed in USD.
For your convenience, we have a currency converter on our site which will automatically convert the price to your local currency. However this for an indication only, Gajola process all orders in USD. While the content of your cart will be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
This is the reason your confirmation email amount may differ to the amount on your bank statement.
What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.
My order status is 'unfulfilled', what does this mean?
If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.
