What if I need to modify my order?

Please contact our customer support via the Contact Page as soon as possible to change or cancel your order before it is shipped.

I have not received my product, what should I do?

Delivery time is around 3 weeks. If you don’t get your order after 3 weeks, you can contact us on the Contact Page and our team will check if there is a problem.

What is the price for delivery?

All prices included free delivery, worldwide.

How can I track my shipping?

We don’t send out tracking codes automatically, instead, we send shipping updates to your email and text whenever it’s been shipped or when it is close to delivery. You can reach out to us at info@gajola.it if you want an update of the shipping situation. This is when we can provide a tracking code to you.

Which kind of payment do you accept?

You can order your bracelet using the following: Stripe, VISA, MasterCard & American Express.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please be advised that for any changes in your order, you will be provided a limited window of 1 hour (60 minutes) to cancel the order and proceed on a new one for any modification you would like to make.

For cancellations and changes, please send us an email via info@gajola.it so we can take care of your request immediately.

Is the payment safe?

Yes, our payments are handled by Stripe which is recognized companies all over the world for their security.

What do I do if I have not received a confirmation email?

Order confirmation emails may take up to 30 minutes to hit your inbox. Please make sure to check your spam folder, and add our email info@gajola.it to your email list to receive further order updates. If you still haven’t received your confirmation email after 30 minutes, please email us at info@gajola.it and we will get it sorted out in no time.

I have returned my order. When will I receive refund?

It depends on the return time, on our side as soon as we have received your return shipment we’ll make the refund. Know that it can take up to 2 weeks for you to have the refund of your money on your bank account.

My bracelet came broken, what should I do?

The quality of our product are a priority for us. Each product have a quality check but sometimes some can have quality problem that we did not see during quality control.

If you have a problem with your Gajola accessory (damaged, broken or other), use the contact page of our website and send us some photos of the problem and we will do our best to solve it soon.

What is your refund policy?

Please be advised that all items purchased during our special site-wide sale are non-refundable. However, items purchased (unworn, with tags, in original packaging) are eligible to return for store credit or direct size exchange only. Credit or exchange requests will only be honored within 90 days of placing your order. Store credit discount codes cannot be retro-applied or stacked. Please note, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Do you have a warranty on the bracelets ?

Yes! Every Gajola Bracelet comes with a limited 3-year warranty that protects it against damage to the stone and any changes in color, clarity or brilliance. We got you covered!

Do you offer Money-Back Guarantee?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products.

Please note we can only accept back Gajola products that were directly purchased through gajola.it, we cannot accept products that were purchased from a third-party retailer.

If you spot any differences between our stone or diamond, you can apply for the money-back guarantee.

To be eligible you must:

1. Tell us where is/are the differences you spot.
2. Show us a photo.
3. Return the product to us with original packing.

After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product first after their purchase so you experience the next generation of sparkling stone today.

Is it Normal for bracelets to Change Colors?

Yes. There’s one major myth about jewelry that turns your fingers green– and we want to put it to rest. Just because your fingers turn green while wearing a bracelet, does not mean that the jewel is fake or low quality. The real reason behind the development of a green tint on your skin lies in a bracelet’s metal composition. There are a few important things to know about your bracelets:

  • Pure silver generally takes a liquid form.
  • For this reason, jewelry made from silver needs to be alloyed, or blended, with another type of metal.
  • The most common type of metal combined with sterling silver for the purpose of jewelry-making is copper.
  • When your jewelry is made of 925 Sterling Silver either alone or coated with 14kt Yellow or Rose Gold, it means that the composition is 92.5% pure silver which has been alloyed with 7.5% copper. The mix with copper provides the durability and workability necessary to create jewelry.
How should i take care of the bracelets?

Gajola Jewels are produced in zirconia, some of them are gold plated; they are all absolutely free of nickel; made with hypoallergenic materials, in compliance with the D.L.206-06/09/2005.

CARE OF THE JEWELS
Being precious creations made by hand, they have unique characteristics, and imperfections are due to craftsmanship; they demand a few simple precautions, actions of care aimed at preserving their beauty and splendor though time.

The normal daily use and external factors such as air humidity, temperature, pollution levels, contact with cosmetics and skin perspiration may reduce the brightness of the silver surfaces.

We recommend to minimize the contact of silver jewels with detergents, creams, perfumes and water, especially swimming pool water and hot springs; and direct contact with substance containing alcohol.

It is important to polish the surface of each jewel regularly with a soft cloth; in case of extremely worn out products, one may use non-abrasive products generally used for cleaning jewels, but it is important to pay attention to products that contain ammonia, alcohol, acids or chemicals that may be too aggressive. It is also important to store each of them separately in individual bags or boxes, soft and clean, in a dry place.

Where are your products from?

Our bracelets are designed in Italy. Our factory is placed in China due to the higher volume of requests, and our commitment is to provide the highest-quality gems to our customers. We are confident that you will love our exclusively-created Gajola Bracelets.
